Agnieszka Gasparska

Agnieszka is a designer of graphics and other things visual and colorful. She runs the KissMeI’mPolish headquarters out of Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
  1. What talent would you most like to have?
    I’d like to be able to carry a tune without scaring people. I’d also love to be able to tell stories beautifully.


  2. What is the best book you’ve ever read?
    A sketchbook


  3. Who is your hero?
    A certain 88 year old friend who’s more vibrantly alive and culturally aware than a lot of 27-yr olds I know


  4. What irks you?
    Passive-aggressive people
    Clients who are afraid of flatness
    3-D brushed steel photoshop effects

    Agnes of God ;)

  6. Where would you like to wake up tomorrow morning?
    In my warm bed. Or in a hut on the beach in Costa Rica.

    White


  8. What will be your legacy?
    That doing what you love (and vice versa) is the most important thing in life (and I don't mean just work)


  9. What is the most consistent conflict you face?
    Getting pigeon-holed


  10. What is the best snack food?
    Edamame
    Roasted seaweed
    Lime tortilla chips
    (all green)


  11. What is your most treasured possession?
    A memory book I started when I was 4, in which all my friends and family drew, made collages and wrote poems


  12. Favorite artificial flavor?
    Frost (as in Gatorade)


  13. What is your greatest fear?
    Stress.
    Getting bored.


  14. You have an extra $100,000, whom or what will you give it to?
    My family — so we could build a house in Western Europe and convene there twice a year.


  15. Crunchy or smooth?
    Crunchy


  16. If you could master two tasks at one time what would they be?
    (ie: walking and talking etc)

    Dreaming and drawing (or writing) — so I could capture the crazy things that happen in our minds while we sleep.


  17. What is the greatest invention of the past 100 years (give or take)?
    Color photography


  18. What is the most beautiful word in the English language?
    Delicious

    Fruit

    Something we already did before
