Rafael Esquer

A native of Mexico’s Sonora Desert, Rafael has lived and worked in New York since 1996. He has designed everything from uniforms for Olympic athletes (with Eiko Ishioka) and CD covers for Björk to canvas bags for collecting clothes for the needy. Most recently, his work has included the DIAL 311 campaign and the “Made in NY” logo for the City of New York.
